HI, I'M KATE BULJANOVIC OLHAGARAY
I am a committed humanitarian with ten years of experience in intergovernmental and non-profit organisations. I have sector-specific knowledge in refugees, child rights and child protection, people with disabilities, water hygiene and sanitation, agriculture and renewable energy.
My track record includes working for the European Union, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Child Helpline International, IRC WASH, and The Netherlands Development Organisation. More recently, I'm supporting private companies to become more sustainable by integrating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), into their business model and practices.
My job is straightforward. As a consultant, I am here to fill in the gaps and to respond effectively to your organisation’s needs in these activities:

MY APPROACH
Every detail matters when it comes to successfully delivering your projects.
Discovery and Planning
The primary purpose of the discovery stage is to understand the client’s situation, their needs, and how to achieve the final goal. Thereafter an action plan will be developed which will include objectives, responsibilities, timelines and how the achievement of goals will be monitored.
Realisation
The realisation stage will focus on achieving the action plan, ensuring continuous motivation and momentum, the monitoring of measures, and communicating regular progress to relevant focal points/stakeholders.
Feedback and Recommendation
After a project is realised, my philosophy is to gather final insight on whether the desired goals, outcomes and vision has been successfully realised. Have the necessary action plans been implemented? If not, what steps should have been implemented. To provide insight to the organisation, recommendations for sustainable upkeep of projects will also be delivered.
